Does one contain more or less chemicals? And what are the differences between actually smoking Cigars and cigarettes? Is one actually better for you than the other? And is there a difference in the way you smoke a Cigar or cigarette?
they differ in size and in tobacco use. Cigar smoking causes a variety of oral cancers, including cancers of the lip, tongue, and oral cavity, and also the associated cancers of the pharynx, esophagus, and larynx. Many of these types of cancers have extremely low cure rates. For example, only 11 percent to 14 percent of patients with esophageal cancers survive five years after diagnosis.

inhaling cigareetes is how you get a buzz- do that with a cigar ad you ll get sick – i know from personal experience

Lots of differences. Cigarettes are generally made from cheaper, lower grade tobacco and there is evidence that additional chemicals are added to make them more addicting.
Cigarettes are designed to be inhaled into the lungs so that you get the full effect of the chemicals.
Cigars, on the other hand, are usually made of premium quality tobacco and are often composed of several different kinds for the wrapper, and then the layers. The cigar tobacco is aged under stringent conditions, and cigars have a variety of flavors depending upon type, age, origin, etc.
They are non-filtered, entirely composed of tobacco products, and are not really meant to be inhaled, rahter the smoke is drawn into the mouth and "tasted" before exhaling.
Cigars are also meant to be savored, with a long smoke time, as opposed to cigarettes which burn faster.
The tastes are nothing alike, at least in my opinion.
