I know that the new smoking bill will ban flavored cigarettes but does that include menthol cigarettes such as Newports and flavored Cigars and wraps?
I went to my local mini mart today and had a conversation with the cashier. She said that in the state of Washington, they are only banning the words "light", "mild", and "low" on Cigarette packs. I’m not sure about where you are from, but menthols are here to stay. And hopefully stay forever, I love menthol.

it is state law that dictates this not knowing your state i can not tell you. your law sounds better than mine i think from the way you stated your question its mainly things like pipe smoking cloves turkish tobacco and other powerful smelling products. in my state you can not smoke anything within 25 feet of a building entrance. next thing you know i will not be able to smoke in my house.
